In order to develop its spirit of innovation, TEB, BNP Paribas’ partner in Turkey, is working to engender a strong spirit of innovation both in and out of the company. TEB aims to create a corporate culture that enables continuous and spontaneous innovation, and that provides the subsequent benefits to clients and employees. Besides co-operative efforts of employees and HR to strengthen this innovative corporate culture, outside perception of TEB as an innovative bank is very significant.
To further this impression, TEB has gone beyond regular campus activities this year and reached out to university students by launching a distinct campus network program, the Akil Fikir Kampusu (Mind & Idea Campus).
The goal of such a program is to build awareness of innovation among university students, as well as provide an opportunity for their professional development, all while enriching the TEB talent pool. In this two-day long program, students selected by TEB HR, are invited to innovation workshops, personal development training sessions, and meetings with Executives of TEB at, the TEB Formation Academy. In keeping with TEB / BNP Paribas core values, Akil Fikir Kampusu also organises sessions for disabled students twice a year.
