• You will be the first point of contact within a bank branch; your primary duty will be to greet customers. You are responsible for maintaining customers’ perception of the bank’s image and quality of service. This is the first step in acquiring customer loyalty: you inspire their confidence and retain their custom.
• You will carry out day-to-day banking transactions (requests for opening accounts, transfers, deposits, card withdrawals etc.).
• If necessary, you will direct customers to the appropriate specialist advisors (e.g. loans or insurance advisors etc.) for their needs.
• You will contribute to achieving sales objectives and participate in the branch’s marketing campaigns. As such, you will offer customers generic financial products: you will grasp sales opportunities.
