Shopping Centre Manager

As manager of one the shopping centres supervised by Klépierre, your role will be to optimise the financial performance of the centre. As such, you will be responsible for:
• Managing and upgrading the shopping centre facilities (renovation, extension, etc.);
• The administration of the shopping centre facilities: relations with the service providers (e.g. security, cleaning), insurance companies, etc.
• Lettings management of the shopping centre: day-to-day relations with the shops in the centre (responding to enquiries, managing and resolving complaints, etc.);
• Defining the implementation of marketing policy and supervising all promotional and marketing activities of the centre in order to enhance brand image and increase brand appeal;
• Representing the company before local authorities and defending the interests of your shopping centre;
• Managing your team and the service providers.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of the sector and experience in real estate and lettings management;
• Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy, ability to listen and negotiate. Responsiveness, ability to anticipate and organise. Commitment, ability to assume responsibility.
