Working within BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S), you will be in contact with international financial market operators and will ensure proper execution of transactions (purchase and sale of securities on the financial markets).

As such you will:
• Deal with transactions upon the clients’ request:
- Booking of transactions involving securities (shares, bonds, UCITS) that have been executed by the front office (purchase and/or sales orders);
- Registration of transactions in the electronic settlement systems;
- Checking to ensure that transactions are appropriately executed;
• Identify and manage unforeseen events, rectify any incidents using your knowledge of the financial markets;
• Ensure timely feedback of information, alerting the front office to any difficulties encountered;
• Contribute, within your team, to improving the efficiency and reliability of all financial transactions carried out;
• Ensure, together with your colleagues, that a continuous presence is maintained throughout the day – essential in any market environment.

Skills: Good knowledge of English essential (for dealings with international market transactions). Knowledge of finance and accounting;

Qualities: Thorough, good organisational skills and careful compliance with the regulations.  Ability to analyse situations and to react rapidly. Ability to prioritise. Good team spirit.

• Acquire skills related to financial products, on both a technical and procedural front, and discover accounting regulations and systems.
• Benefit from training in financial tools and products.
