Offshore Accounts Manager

Your role is to ensure that transactions are successfully executed (purchase and sale of shares on financial markets) and to maintain good client relations.
Specifically, you will:
• Answer and deal with requests from your clients (share purchase and/or sales requests, monitoring transactions, etc);
• Carry out accounting reconciliation;
• Identify and manage contingencies, resolve any irregularities using your knowledge of the financial markets;
• Be available to respond to specific requests from your clients (confirmation of transactions executed, monitoring of irregularities, etc);
• Be an active team player (ex: training new team members);
• Ensure, together with your colleagues, that a continuous presence is maintained throughout the day (crucial importance in a market environment).
• Skills: Interest in financial products and markets. Good command of English essential for processing transactions initiated by the Group’s market operators around the world.
• Qualities: Diligence, organisation and precision with respect to regulatory compliance. Ability to analyse situations and to react quickly. Ability to manage priorities. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

BNP Paribas Securities Services (BP2S), a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, specialises in providing services related to securities (shares, UCITS, bonds), to financial institutions (foreign banks, brokers, pension funds, investment funds, insurance funds, etc).
