You will be a member of our project management support teams.

Reporting to a head of department, you will be involved in the projects assigned to your team. Specifically, you will:
• Gather and interpret the functional needs of your internal clients;
• Approve terms of reference and functional specifications;
• Define and approve the acceptance stages;
• Ensure the smooth launch of projects;
• Conduct analyses of a more cross-functional nature within your purview.

Depending on your position, you will be involved in the fields of life insurance, pensions, management control, accounting or finance.
If your profile in terms of skills and experience is appropriate, you may be appointed to head up a team.

• Functional competence in one of the following areas: insurance, accounting, finance.
• Ability to work independently, good organisational skills and an eye for detail, aptitude for team work. Focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communications skills, both written and oral, ability to react to problems in accordance with their relative urgency.

• Develop your capacity for project work and acquire a cross-functional overview of the challenges faced by the company.
• Develop your managerial skills.

IT Services define and contribute to the implementation of the Group’s IT strategy and standards, ensure the development and maintenance of the large information systems deployed, and deliver operational and support services to BNP Paribas Group entities.
