Sales

Working in one of BNP Paribas’ trading floors (equities & derivatives, fixed income, etc.), you will be part of a sales team and will specialise in one type of product or in a specific market (equities, derivatives, options, futures, swaps, etc.)
As such you will:
• Manage business relations with your clients:
- Offer products within your specialisation;
- Relay all information relating to developments in the markets – not only in relation to deals underway, but also to potential opportunities;
- Respond to specific requests from clients that relate to your field of expertise;
• Quantify the risks associated with transactions;
• Determine pricing, using IT tools;
• Draw up and monitor the internal documents that are required for finalising transactions;
• Enter the deals into the front office systems of the trading room.
• Ability to adapt and to thrive under pressure.
• Good business sense, ability to listen, good persuasion skills.
• Responsiveness and good understanding of risk.
• Ability to work in a team and to share information.
