Corporate Banking

The Corporate Banking business line represents the core of the relations that the bank has with large corporations and institutional customers. It embraces:

  • specialised financing (structured finance, project finance, international trade finance, commodity and energy sector finance);
  • commercial banking (funds flow management, payment systems, guarantees, deposit-taking and lending activities);
  • Co-ordination units putting all of the Group's resources at the disposal of each category of customers: Large Corporations and the Financial Institutions Group.

Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance is a market leader in investment banking in Europe. It offers its clients customised services in the following types of transaction:

  • advice on Mergers & Acquisitions for listed or private companies;
  • fairness opinions;
  • financial restructuring;
  • privatisation;
  • primary equity transactions "Equity Capital Markets";
  • capital increases, IPOs, secondary offers, bought deals;
  • convertible bond issues and equity-linked transactions.
